Working collaboratively with all levels of operational and business leadership, the HR Program Manager will be responsible for the creation, management, and success of multiple key HR initiatives impacting Ekata’s global business. You will own development, execution, and implementation of HR programs that are unique to our business needs and our people. You will partner closely with HR business partners, cross-functional business leaders, external parties, and Ekata employees to deploy these programs and gain adoption.   

In the HR Program Manager role you will:

  • Own development and creation of HR programs including (but not limited to):
    • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
    • Employee Wellness
    • Employee Rewards, and Recognition
    • Performance Management
    • Career Development
    • Team Communication Tools
    • New Manager Training
  • Work cross-functionally with business leaders at Ekata to understand organizational needs and find creative solutions to these challenges.
  • Design global, scalable strategies that support career development, diversity and inclusion, and onboarding, helping to drive successful internal mobility.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and to define project parameters, then translate those needs into formal requirements, using knowledge of the industry and delivery methodology.
  • Develop detailed project schedule, resource plan, and status reports, managing task assignment to project resources and reporting on and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle.
  • Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end user services organizations, vendors and implementations partners.
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to drive improvement
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the organization

Our ideal HR Program Manager will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Program/Project Management within Human Resources
  • Bachelors Degree required in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Broad understanding of HR best practice and trends
  • Demonstrated success in building, delivering, and measuring high-impact HR and Recruiting programs
  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement
  • An understanding of ever-evolving needs of a dynamic, growing organization and ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Experience rolling our new programs across a global business and ability to communicate and deliver new solutions across multiple organizations
  • An open-mind to creatively solve problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and can effectively turn hard moments and/or complex subject matter into growth opportunities
  • Experience working with global team
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong presentation development and public speaking skills
