About the role:

As a Limeade Senior People Team Manager (what externally would be a Human Resources Manager), you will directly impact the well-being and experience of Limeade employees. You will be working within a small team of experts to create and deliver innovative HR programs and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • People Team Coaching: Own the business partnership and coaching responsibilities for parts of Limeade’s business. Build strong relationships with both employees and business leaders across the organization, connecting business and people goals.
  • Strategic compensation: Work with the company leadership team and outside compensation consultants to refine our compensation strategy and processes to attract and retain talent.

  • HR Operations: Scale and implement our internal HR operations and processes. Refine and improve our approach to performance management.

  • Assist with other culture and HR projects to support business growth and continue to develop an award-winning culture.

Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate our values in an ongoing and consistent way

  • 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership coaching and employee relations

  • Demonstrated success in effectively coaching all levels of employees

  • Knowledge of current trends and practices relating to human resources and employment law

  • Experience implementing performance management programs (process, tools, etc.)

  • Demonstrates a commitment to teamwork through relationship-building and collaboration

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding written communication and presentation skills

  • Strong business and people acumen - ability to influence at all levels

  • Solid project management skills and with a keen eye for details

  • Ability to manage competing projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated experience embracing challenges, wanting to be part of the solution and have a positive impact on others

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Is a Certified Compensation Professional designation and/or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification (preferred, not required)
