The Learning Operations Analyst manages the learning management system that is used by internal employees, partners and customers. The Learning Operations Analyst will be responsible for general management of the LMS. This would include integrations, content and metrics. The Operations Analyst will work closely with the team to ensure project success and drive learning best practices within course brought into the LMS. They will be the main point of contact for the platforms customers.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the learning management system.
• Managing content and maintaining its validity within the LMS.
• Reporting on key metrics around the LMS.
• Coordinating with different team member to ensure projects success.
• Delivering and managing programs within the AuthU platform.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to modify style, approach and content to the audience.
• Ability to be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a global team environment.
• Experience with KPI reporting and general program management.
• Knowledge of learning best practices (ADDIE, gamification, course creation, badging, LMS).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and coordinating trainings.
• Manage learning programs and instructor led trainings.
• Basic code skills (HTML, CSS) preferred.
• Reporting analytics experience, Tableau experience preferred.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Works well with all kinds of people and contributes to an enjoyable work environment.
• Fluent in written US English.
