The Opportunity
The HR Analyst role supports several key human resources functions within Xinova. We're looking for someone who is impact driven and is excited to improve processes and drive our company forward. 

Benefits:

• Determines and designs the global benefits programs for Xinova including assisting with plan design, program research, and renewals
• Own all benefit plans including but not limited to: Medical/Dental/Vision, Life, STD & LTD, COBRA, 401(k), and employee perks
• Administers all benefits programs, including enrollments, participates in audits, and discrimination testing
• Understand business benefit trends and determine the best fit for Xinova, focusing on innovation and recommendations around plan design, vendor relationships and management, and employee education and outreach.
• Build strong partnerships with vendors, working to find the best solutions for Xinova
• Build and own the annual calendar for plan administration while identifying opportunities to enhance our current benefits offering and process to ensure alignment with Xinovas’ values and culture as well as addressing employee needs in various demographics.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee benefit questions. Present benefits overview for all new employee onboarding.

Payroll:

• Ensures our global payroll is processed efficiently and accurately, supporting eight countries
• Ownership of all payroll related taxes and reporting, including those not processed by payroll provider.
• Serves as liaison to employees and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies
• Point person for all payroll related inquiries
• Maintain and administer the global payroll systems; owns payroll system implementations and upgrades
• Verifies compliance with federal, state, and country payroll requirements, current with changes in the laws.
• Maintains records with and assists with financial audit
• Documents payroll process and procedures

• HRIS Administration
• Compensation data evaluation and recommendations

Knowledge, Skills, and Traits

• Multiple years of experience in Human Resources and/or analytics
• Ability to work across a variety of time zones, this is a global role in a global company!
• Excellent reporting and critical thinking skills
• A self-starter who is motivated by discovering "what's next"
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and help companies scale
