About the role:

As a Limeade People Team Manager, you will directly impact the well-being and experience of Limeade employees through coaching and support. You will be working within a small team of experts to create and deliver innovative HR programs and processes to further business objectives and create a great employee experience. You will report to the Director, People Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • People Team Coaching:
    • Own the business partnership and coaching responsibilities for parts of Limeade’s business
    • Demonstrate care to employees, managers, and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle and specifically during difficult or challenging situations (including but not limited to terminations, grievances, and performance issues)
    • Build strong relationships with both employees and business leaders across the organization while maintaining laser focus on top business and people goals
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
    • Provide ongoing support and coaching for employees, people managers, and leaders
    • Partner with the People Team and leaders to review and act on Engagement and Inclusion survey results
    • Partner with the recruiting team to provide support, guidance, and input on hiring decisions
    • Lead feedback sessions, focus groups and key employee development initiatives
  • Strategic compensation and performance management
    • Work with the People Team leaders, Limeade leadership team and outside compensation consultants to refine our compensation strategy and processes to attract and retain talent
    • Guide and support annual performance review process, including coaching managers, and managing data and changes
  • HR Operations
    • Work collaboratively with the rest of the People Team to provide meaningful and transparent training, tools and resources to enable and support the employee experience
    • Effectively partner with team members and stakeholders to build programs and processes that will achieve success in attracting, developing, and training top talent
    • Assist with other culture and HR projects to support business growth and continue to develop an award-winning culture

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate our values in an ongoing and consistent way
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership coaching and employee relations
  • Has worked with confidential information and uses good judgment
  • Knowledge of current trends and practices relating to human resources and employment law
  • Strong business and people acumen - ability to influence at all levels
  • Demonstrates a commitment to teamwork through relationship-building and collaboration
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding written communication and presentation skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated experience embracing challenges, wanting to be part of the solution and have a positive impact on others
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Is a Certified Compensation Professional designation and/or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred
