We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Recruiter to play a critical role in our growth, both as a Recruiting team and as a company. Your Day-to-Day:

  • We’ll look to you to own and drive full-cycle recruiting efforts.
  • You comfortably manage and prioritize multiple strategic searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • You continuously innovate, refine the recruiting process, and commit to improving our candidate’s experience.
  • You will partner with our business leaders to support our company’s growth strategy.
  • We want you to build and nurture relationships with our hiring manager and leadership.
  • You have the unique opportunity to help shape Pro.com’s talent brand.
  • Other duties as assigned.

How do you Qualify?

  • You’ll bring your expertise in recruiting to our awesome team. This includes a minimum of 1+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting with proven ability to attract, recruit, and close. 
  • Ideally you have worked with high volumes or at a company in growth mode.
  • You exhibit a Strong EQ; you have the ability to engage with a diverse candidate base with creativity and grace.
  • You embody organization and care about maintaining excellent ATS hygiene.
  • We are looking for you to exhibit the highest standard of integrity and effectively manage confidential, sensitive information.
