We are looking for a junior Recruiter to help us meet our hiring goals and be a critical part of our growth plans. This is a high impact position with a mission driven company looking to double in size in 2021. We have hubs in Seattle and Albuquerque as well as remote employees around the country and are open to that arrangement for this position.
This is our first full-time Recruiter position and will work with all levels of the organization. This is a full-cycle position reporting to the VP of People. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that Twistle attracts and hires the right people while building a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own a req load of technical and non-technical positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout entire recruiting lifecycle
- Refine and post job descriptions
- Manage applicant pipeline in Lever
- Review and filter candidate resumes
- Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess skills and alignment with company values
- Schedule interviews
- Make offers and manage the closing process
- Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist in efforts to build the Twistle employment brand
- Come up with creative sourcing strategies for startup and healthcare IT talent to continuously build our pipeline
- Research and participate in recruiting events
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Be a credible and polished representative of the company
Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, ideally with a mix of technical and non-technical positions
- Comfortable with the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Experience sourcing candidates from multiple sources
- Tech-savvy, Lever experience a plus
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Very detail oriented and thorough
- Self-starter with a problem-solving aptitude
- Bachelor’s degree
