The Sourcing Recruiter collaborates with recruiting, the leadership team and hiring managers to design and implement recruiting strategies to attract, assess and hire qualified highly qualified candidates. We are looking for someone that knows how to identify, engage, and assess senior candidates. This is a role where you will develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Our Sourcing function will be integral to building the Swiftly employer brand and continuing to create a stellar candidate experience. As a new role, there will be the opportunity to develop processes, best practices and explore effective tools.

Position Requirements

• 5-7+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech organization on roles such as TPM, Sr. SDE, design roles (additional corporate roles are a bonus)
• Must have proven success collaborating with hiring managers and recruiting developing sourcing strategies for passive job seekers, leveraging referrals, and decreasing reliance on agencies for FT roles

Ideal Candidates

• Previous experience working with a staffing agency desired, previous startup experience is a highly coveted

Off-Site Work Requirements

• Resides in the US within Pacific or Mountain time zones OR commits to working core PST business hours (10-3 PST)
