OfferUp is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to join or growing team! You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for various technical roles across the organization. To be successful in this role you must be able to keep pace with the ever-changing world of a scaling company. You must also be able to help foster a healthy team environment - working with the broader recruiting team and key business partners to drive strategies for candidate attraction, sourcing, closing and candidate experience.
- Provide full life-cycle technical recruiting in a fast paced, metrics driven environment
- Proactively work with hiring managers and executive leadership to create effective sourcing strategies
- Utilize a variety of recruiting techniques to source, evaluate and hire top tier talent
- Foster a culture of knowledge, trend & best-practice sharing
- Act as an advocate for both managers and candidates throughout the recruiting process, with regular touch points and diligent follow through
- Provide mentorship to other members of the recruiting team
Skills & Requirements:
- 7+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience
- Comfortable in a metrics driven organization
- Organized, detail oriented & conscientious with a passion for creating a stellar candidate experience
- Naturally curious. You're innovative, creative and constantly looking for ways to improve processes, employment brand, etc
- Experience sourcing, engaging and closing technical and engineering talent across all levels
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to take a data driven approach in influencing hiring decisions and business planning
- Previous experience in a start-up or rapidly scaling organization preferred
- Greenhouse ATS experience is a bonus.
