A Jet Training Instructor:

  • Prepares and delivers ILT courses in support of onboard and career path training initiatives
  • Specializes in training Sales staff on sales systems, Title/Escrow processes, and general Real Estate practices 
  • Proactively researches and recommends new and different delivery methods to better engage classroom participants and maximize learning 
  • Gathers internal knowledge and training requirements for both technical and industry topics
  • Creates and iterates training content intended for delivery in the classroom
  • Drives course delivery quality and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Schedules classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, or instructors
  • Analyzes learner effectiveness and implementation
  • Creates documentation for ILT courses

Our ideal candidate is:

  • An excellent communicator
  • Very comfortable leading training one on one and in small groups
  • Experienced facilitating ILT classes as well as working in “train the trainer” and onboarding programs
  • Genuinely excited to help their fellow Associates
  • Familiar with B2B Sales and Sales professionals
  • Frequently identified as the “go to” person in the workplace 
  • Patient with learners traveling at different paces
  • Fresh from at least 2 or more years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Approachable and quickly connects with other people
  • Passionate about lifelong learning

Bonus points for:

  • Knowledge of the Real Estate or affiliated industries
  • Previous experience in a sales focused role
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field
