University Recruiting Manager

As a leader of Anduril's Campus Recruiting team, you will be responsible for the company's strategy and execution of Campus recruiting. You will collaborate with founders and engineers to define campus events, internship programs, brand strategy and much more. To achieve this, you will be given the autonomy and tools to execute on our strategy to build and develop Anduril's outstanding team. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of recruiting and is excited to be part of small team where no task is too big or too small.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing Diversity Recruiting Initiatives
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on metrics and efficiency of university hires and programs
- Partnering with internal teams to build internship programs and program evaluation tools
- Leading candidates through entire recruiting process
- Building and managing our internship program
- Identifying top University Programs to partner with on a variety of Hardware and Software Positions
- Working with internal Design Team and Founders on Brand Strategy
- Partnering with interviewers and hiring managers to define interview process and new evaluation techniques
- Building brand awareness on Campus
- Planning, coordinating and attending Campus Recruiting Events
- Defining Campus Recruiting Event Strategy
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Expertise of college recruiting frameworks and strategies
- Familiarity of Lever ATS reports
- Startup experience
- Knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruiting strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of Recruiting Experience
- 2+ years managing University Recruiting programs
- 1+ leading direct reports
- Verbal communication skills with external candidates
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time during college season (August - November)
- Willing to travel 30% of the time the rest of the year
