New Engen is searching for a Business Manager to join the team working closely with the President and VP of Finance, Sales & Operations. Ideal candidates must be incredibly knowledgeable and highly motivated to help operate programs within the business and communicate results and strategies throughout the leadership team. Ideal candidates must also be passionate about working in a start up environment and must be flexible with hours, including off hours as needed. This position is responsible for business planning, rhythm of the business coordination and other key projects associated with marketing efforts across the company. This role will help coordinate strategic initiatives and assist in implementing and tracking across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the rhythm of business processes and maintaining status of all efforts throughout Managed Services, Sales, Operations and Finance
• Generate analysis on the Managed Services business, international expansion efforts and new investment lines
• Provide revenue forecasting across revenue streams
• Revenue actuals vs. forecast variance analysis communication and coordination with business leads
• Extract and summarize key business insights on an ongoing basis
• Facilitate the development and measurement of key strategies for the business

• 5+ years in marketing, strategy, business development or analytics

• An ability to effectively articulate your businesses performance in both written and oral form
• Ability to effectively develop key processes and procedures that facilitate efficient planning, reporting and control processes
