20 hours/ week - Reports into Corporate Communications/ Marketing

In this role you will:

  • Support qualitative and quantitative analyses to determine effectiveness of comms programs. 
  • Help manage and draft all internal and external communications
  • Plan, write, edit, facilitate, distribute and track communication assets
  • Evaluate processes and recommends solutions to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of existing communications products, programs and processes
  • Manage content on internal podcast network, including writing session descriptions, conducting pre-interviews and content editing
  • Draft weekly internal newsletter, including collating content from across the business and coordinating with global contacts
  • Produce content for Company’s social media platforms
  • Draft and edit internal comms for Company initiatives 
  • Manage employee-review program and presence on third-party websites
  • Maintain internal communications platform best practices
  • Strong writing skills with maniacal attention to detail
  • Experience communicating/ working with senior level executives
  • Can-do attitude and ability to work independently and create new processes
  • Love finding creative solutions 
  • Ability to summarize complex topics in simple, engaging language
  •  

Your qualifications are:

  • Ability to summarize complex topics in simple, engaging language
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to rally people behind a project
  • Love organizing everything and creating new processes.
  • Slack
  • G-suite
  • Basic audio/ video editing (iMovie, Garageband, etc)
  • Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Hootsuite)
