Content and Growth Marketing Manager
We believe that phone calls should be secure, engaging, free from fraud and robocalls. Hiya is building the modern trust and identity layer for the phone call experience. We serve more than 100M users worldwide directly through our apps and in partnership with mobile device makers like Samsung and mobile carriers like AT&T. We also serve businesses with a rapidly maturing SaaS platform designed to help call center operators, marketers and others who rely on real time connections to amplify trust in their brand to reach more customers.
As the Content and Growth Marketing Manager, you will work cross functionally with our marketing and sales teams to drive traffic, engagement and leads that help the company meet our sales goals and customer retention. You should always approach your work with an audience-first attitude, and you should be a specialist on social media analytics in order to develop the most advantageous campaign strategies.
In this role you will:
- Produce content that generates and nurtures leads
- Study, understand, and speak to your target audience(s)
- Lead the digital content strategies across all online platforms such as webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, and social media
- Own and run content production according to the marketing calendar
- Be a hands-on collaborator for driving demand and execute campaigns through ads, email, and social
You don't have to check all the boxes, but we think these are important requirements for this role:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- B2B SaaS and/or mobile apps/mobile carrier experience
- Experience with direct sales team and strategic business development/channel teams will be helpful
- Undaunted by a startup environment (high ambiguity, high urgency, fast-paced, low support structure), and eager to be part of building something new and important
- Knowledge of SEO, Inbound, and have the ability to empathize with prospects and customers
- Both analytical and creative at solving complex technology and user experience problems
- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills (speaking a second language is a plus)
- Ability to follow-through on initiatives, don't sacrifice the good for the great, are inclusive and decisive, and you can wear multiple hats to help us get the job done
- Have a content portfolio to share, can speak about campaign successes, and takeaways from campaigns that didn’t work out as expected
