Digital Advertising Specialist
The Optimize Health Demand Generation team is the fuel that propels our organization’s growth forward. Working across inbound and outbound channels, our team works to identify healthcare organizations that would benefit from our industry-leading remote care solution and provide them with the information they need to make an informed decision.
As our B2B Digital Advertising Specialist, you will work to build and manage B2B advertising campaigns across a variety of digital advertising channels including paid search (Google AdWords, Bing Ads), paid social (Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads), and eventually, across direct media partnerships, programmatic display, ABM platforms, and more. You’ll turn our digital advertising efforts into a true center of excellence for the organization’s growth engine, producing not only high-quality new leads but helping to facilitate deeper engagement among our partners, clients, and prospects.

What you will be doing
- Develop media plans across multiple paid media channels for campaigns in line with business goals
- Work collaboratively with demand generation team members and external partners to support both new and current paid digital marketing campaigns
- Manage the marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, campaign implementation, ongoing monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting
- Manage day-to-day tactic execution of testing, tracking, reporting, campaign budgeting, ad copy optimizations, landing page optimizations, ongoing keyword discovery, etc.
- Work internally with key cross-functional stakeholders, other digital tactic teams, and marketing groups
- Work externally with our vendor partners such as LinkedIn, Google, Bing, etc.
- Track and analyze paid spend levels, budgets, and campaign ROI
- Work with the Marketing Automation Specialist to ensure website and landing page tests are being run effectively in all regions
- Work with the Revenue Operations Analyst to provide reporting across all channels and campaign types
- Ensure proper lead flow through HubSpot marketing automation and CRM
- Help produce regular reports and participate in monthly meetings measuring digital contribution to pipe and revenue goals
- Interact with other teams to manage deliverables, content, and delivery
- Communicate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with other execution
What we are looking for

- At minimum 2+ years of experience working on B2B digital adverting campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple channels/campaigns at one time
- Keen understanding of how to analyze and report on KPIs for numerous digital marketing channels
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with marketing technology and tools such as marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.), CRO tools (HotJar, Google Optimize), SEM/SEO Research (SEMRush, SpyFu), and others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.) to do data analysis
- Excellent communication, verbal and written—you can drive effective meetings with leadership, marketing, operations, and others
- Attention to detail and QA with a proven ability to learn from mistakes when they inevitably occur
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and push back when incoming requests don’t appear to help address the underlying objective
- Experience working with vendors and supporting vendor relationships a plus
