We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling content that will engage IT audiences. This person will report to the Director of Demand Generation and Operations and will collaborate cross-organizationally to build, execute, and report on a variety of corporate and field marketing campaigns. This will be a fast-paced role, which interfaces with many different teams—inside and outside sales, field and partner marketing, technical and product management, and others. By deeply understanding and segmenting our audiences, you’ll have the opportunity to engage and educate multiple constituencies on the value of the ExtraHop wire data analytics platform at the right time in the buying cycle. This is a great challenge role, in that you’ll have the opportunity to continually test, measure, and strive for optimized results.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Create content that is imaginative and compelling, while being technically accurate and compelling to a tech-savvy audience
  • Develop content that motivates audiences to action throughout the buying cycle and encourages them to engage more deeply
  • Write a variety of email campaigns, including nurture, event invites and follow-up, thought leadership, campaigns, webinar invites, etc.
  • Support a number of internal teams, including inside and outside sales, partner and field marketing, corporate events and tradeshows, etc.
  • Create call scripts and sales materials to improve the effectiveness of our follow-up
  • Build an assortment of other content, as needed, including web copy; blog posts; social media posts; lead-gen assets; landing pages; etc.
  • Uphold and adhere to corporate brand standards and guidelines

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have a solid understanding of enterprise technology and quickly comprehend complex technical concepts
  • Exceptional writing skills and a proven ability to convey complex concepts in an easily digestible manner
  • B.A. from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of work experience
  • Must have 3-5 years writing experience and/or blogging for a technology company as part of employment history
  • Must have excellent communication, time management, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, other measurement tools, and basic HTML preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO/content marketing best practices
  • A portfolio of excellent written content should be available upon request
