The Field and Partner Marketing Manager for ExtraHop's TOLA (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana & Arkansas) Region will be responsible for driving one of the biggest areas of growth for ExtraHop by engaging with field sales reps and partners (channel partners and technology partners) in developing and executing marketing programs that create revenue and build brand awareness. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of North America Field and Partner Marketing, but working closely with the Regional Sales VP’s, this role will interact with all parts of the ExtraHop organization, especially field, inside, and channel sales representatives as well as channel and technology partner marketers. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic marketing team that is focused on dramatically expanding our selling opportunities.3-

 Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline in regions mainly through finding and managing successful regional events, including third party, channel, technology partner and ExtraHop lead events
  • Work closely with channel partners on events, webinars, target campaigns
  • Collaborate daily with field sales to ensure success of regional events
  • Manage regional ExtraHop customer user groups and other customer events
  • Develop working relationships with marketing counterparts at ExtraHop technology partners and Channel partners and look to co-sponsor events where applicable
  • Work with Trade Show team to ensure the success of ExtraHop’s corporate trade shows in regions
  • Work with Regional Sales VP and manager to budget marketing spend for regions
  • Collaborate closely with ExtraHop marketing operations team to ensure pre and post event materials align with event and objectives
  • Oversee the process of sharing leads with partners and distributing leads internally for sales follow up
  • Work with pipeline goals, MQL targets and present results at quarterly marketing and sales QBR’s
  • Present on weekly sales team meetings about prior and upcoming events

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology field marketing. Understanding of alliances and channel reseller organizations a must
  • Highly motivated marketer with a passion for field enablement, partner strategies, event planning, and demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns and/or partner marketing programs
  • Proven experience in conceptualizing, planning, and executing unique and creative prospecting events for sales from start to finish whether in an in person or virtual capacity
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with ability to blend technology and business strategy to develop a compelling joint vision and messaging
  • Proven success in a dynamic environment, demanding a strong sense of urgency and ability to re-prioritize when needed. Ability to actively problem solve in this role is a must
  • Experience building weekly reports (metrics) that communicate the efficacy of in-region marketing activities
  • Social media savvy to assist sales in promoting events via personal social channels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
  • Ability to build excellent rapport with internal and external teams; must be a team player
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with a fast paced team
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
  • Familiarity with Splash event management software a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, MBA a plus
  • Location varies, must be in central time zone
  • Travel as needed (post covid) - currently travel optional to your comfort level as needed.  #LI-BKW
