The Internal Communications Manager is also for responsible for taking some of this information and sharing it with the community. Along the way, this person will also own and drive ways we can give back to community through donations, services, and whatever means we have. 

In this job, you will: 

• Create and maintain company wide communication calendar and internal newsletters
  • Work with other department heads, leads and employees to create and edit content
• Communication Delivery
  • Ensure visibility of organizational wide communication and content delivery
  • Manage and facilitate global meetings
  • Govern all communication sent to wide audiences, internal systems and channels
• Employer Branding and Messaging
  • Create and maintain external communications calendar
  • Create content around our employer brand, produce quick social videos, create content from external and internal events
• Channel & Systems Management
  • Create and maintain employer branding website
  • Maintain company social media content and accounts and employer branding systems 
• Promote content to employees for reposting 
• Work with external PR agencies
• Create and manage external employer awards programs

We would love to speak with you if you have: 

• 4+ years PR experience
• Previously managed and created social content
• Demonstrated the ability to create and deliver quick videos
• Content management experience
• Writing and editing experience
• Experience facilitating large internal meetings
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and ability to share information with teams without bias
• Service-oriented, “can do” approach
• Be highly organized and able to handle a variety of duties with aggressive deadlines
• Flexible, creative, and capable of adapting to fast paced environment
• Demonstrated and proven advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite tools (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Visio)
