About the Team

The Marketing Team’s primary responsibility is to manage outward facing communications. We create beautiful and effective emails, social media, websites, videos and more. We identify prospects and nurture them into quality leads for our sales team. For existing clients, we help them understand and engage with our products and many new features. We have fun moving projects from concept to reality, and discovering what works well to help Subsplash and our clients succeed. About the Role

As the Lead Generation and Acquisition Expert, you will report to the Director of Marketing. You will be responsible for maximizing conversions and exploring new avenues to pursue and acquire leads. You’ll be involved in ongoing performance reporting, analysis, and recommendations for improving the quality/quantity of leads and conversion rates via testing, optimization, and measuring various key performance indicators based on numerous sources of data. You are familiar with “best practices” for SEO/SEM, and digital marketing as well as on-page lead conversion strategies and tactics. You will also play a key role in executing and measuring various digital initiatives. In addition, you will oversee our paid ad programs and have an opportunity to expand your contribution to other marketing tactics (e.g. email, social, online merchandising, etc). Our ideal candidate is familiar with SEO/SEM strategies, Google Adwords, Salesforce and its robust reporting capabilities, Tableau, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  1. Track and analyze data to establish the full life-cycle of leads
  2. Increase quality leads by ~20% 
  3. Establish new methods for gathering leads and the channels they are captured through

Your Priorities

    • Set and execute an SEO/SEM strategy that drives an increase in highly qualified organic traffic and leads. Be the SEO/SEM expert advising the Marketing team on best practices
    • Plan and manage paid channels, including search, display, social, etc. to cost-effectively reach our target customer and fill our funnel with leads
    • Analyze web traffic, landing pages and user behavior on websites
    • Track, analyze and report on leads volume and quality as they progress through the conversion funnel
    • Be extremely familiar with metrics such as: conversion rate, acquisition costs, cost per lead, user engagement, time-on-site, click through rate, etc. and offer actionable feedback based on data
    • Work within our data warehouse to understand customer segments and discover marketing opportunities to nurture existing prospects
    • Collaborate with various internal groups including our Marketing team, Business Development, and the Senior Designer to assist with the design and development of web pages, emails, and other content to help meet the company lead goals
    • Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and innovative
    • Work with the entire Marketing team to plan, test, analyze, execute and optimize campaigns to maximize leads and revenue
    • You will be the driver of creative innovative ways to generate new leads



Qualifications

  • Models humility, innovation, and a drive for excellence
  • Passionate about serving churches
  • 5+ years of demand/lead generation 
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record of driving growth in a lead generation role
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM Software and Marketing Automation Software 
  • Experience with Tableau or similar Data Visualization Software
  • Experience with multichannel media campaigns including a working knowledge of paid search testing ad text and landing pages
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to problem solve 
  • Demonstrated aptitude for multitasking
  • Experience with segmentation and targeted marketing in order to build a deep understanding of the target buyer and their needs; plan, execute, and measure campaigns that effectively reach them
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising or a related field is a plus
