Knock is the leader in Sales, Marketing, and CRM technology for the property management industry. Our CRM and leasing tools are the center of how customers operate their portfolios, creating an opportunity to create a growing ecosystem of integration partners that improve product experience, sales outcomes, retention, and a number growth objectives.
As a CRM, not only does Knock help multifamily apartment teams manage their daily tasks in marketing, leasing, and resident services, but we also collect and shape the data from these tasks into valuable insights that management can use to transform their leasing results. We are adding a Manager of Product Marketing to join our Product Marketing team. This will be a hands-on management role that will help launch new product enhancements that reshape the way our industry conducts business. You will have a balance of thought leadership, developing the team, and rolling up your sleeves as a true product leader. Not only do we have an existing set of products that undergo constant iteration, but we are also launching exciting, new products in 2022 that will transform the way multifamily teams successfully bring renters into their communities. You will be successful in the role if you’re able to offer sales and customer success enablement, build demand throughout product launches, drive competitive positioning, pricing, and packaging to ultimately increase market share and ARR. This position will report to, and work closely with, our CMO.
The Go-To-Market team, which includes Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, is a high energy group that loves evangelizing and delivering industry-leading business solutions to both new and existing customers. A happy customer is the best business strategy of all. The primary objectives of the go-to market team are to generate a predictable pipeline for new, quality sales opportunities, land new customers, expand business within our existing customers, and retain 100% of our customers.
Day to Day
- Own the reporting and intelligence gathering and sharing for product lines, ensuring the product team is always informed on changing market demands, and go-to-market teams are always prepared to generate revenue
- Lead the Product Marketing team
- Identify the attributes of an ideal customer profile in order to ensure successful customer acquisition and engagement throughout launch phases
- Have written go-to-market positioning that is personalized to each buyer and/or user persona, identifying key points of differentiation at each stage of the buyer’s journey with exceptional storytelling ability
- Project manage the deliverables of multiple departments, ensuring on-time delivery
- Successfully help train Sales and Success to help grow revenue
- Have prior experience marketing in the Multifamily, CRM or Marketing Automation industries
- Leadership experience
- Proven experience in Product Marketing or similar role
- Prior experience writing Marketing Requirements Docs (MRD)
- Experience having used market and competitor research to effectively position new products to drive adoption
