Description:

New Engen is looking for a collaborative and solutions-oriented marketing associate to join our marketing team. This associate will own and drive several of New Engen’s lead-generating marketing initiatives, with a focus on paid media, social media, email, and more. The ideal candidate can own and drive multiple projects at once and work successfully with multiple teams across New Engen. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, analytic, and competent with grasping digital tools and systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and support paid media efforts
• Manage and execute email marketing program
• Activate content across online and offline channels
• Support New Engen sponsored events and New Engen-hosted events
• Elevate New Engen’s social media presence, align to New Engen’s refreshed brand expression
• Become the expert on New Engen marketing platforms and systems, teach and share expertise with the rest of the marketing team
• Own reporting of New Engen marketing effectiveness
• Define and hone metrics for lead generation measurement, brand measurement, and more
• Other projects that support lead generation and communicating New Engen’s unique brand and capabilities

Experience, skills, mindset:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 3-5 years marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS
• Familiarity with paid media channels, content strategy, email marketing and social media tactics
• Familiarity with marketing collaboration tools, sales tools, and marketing reporting tools (i.e. Salesforce, Google Analytics, social media posting tools)
• Analytics and data oriented
• Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborative and enjoys working on teams
• Strong sense of urgency
• Adaptable and flexible to shifting priorities
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
