Marketing Coordinator (Veterinary Marketing & Engagement)
Trupanion is seeking a talented marketing coordinator for Trupanion's veterinary channel. The role will require strong project management skills, ability to multi-task, and a passion for making things happen.
A self-starter who is excited about owning success, the ideal candidate is data-driven, using strong analytical skills to test, learn and iterate on marketing tactics, applying excellent business judgment to deliver results in a rapidly evolving environment.
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for working cross-functionally to bring campaign concepts and ideas to life - specifically related to branded collateral and core promotional materials for Trupanion's field team(s).
Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the execution of veterinary hospital brand campaigns to drive active hospital count while demonstrating Trupanion's value to both pet parents and veterinary professionals.
  • Collaborate and support the development and execution of campaign requirements as laid out by the Veterinary Marketing Manager and business stakeholders.
  • Manage third party agencies and creative teams to ensure brand standards are maintained and project requirements are met.
  • Set goals to create realistic timelines and strategize daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly progress.
  • Communicate key meeting takeaways via notes and reporting to ensure all feedback is captured and informed decisions can be made.


Experience and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of marketing coordinator or relevant experience in a fast-paced business.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines while maintaining team organization.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all project/campaign specifications and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Decisiveness and excellent judgment to address pressing project matters when faced with tight deadlines.
  • Strong time management skills, including efficient execution of tasks and ability to communicate challenges/barriers to effective and efficient workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading.
