Marketing at Karat
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who will help build a world-class experiential marketing program providing insights and networking opportunities to our prospects and clients, both online and offline. In this role, you will ensure that our events, trade shows, email communications, digital and offline campaigns run like well-oiled machines -- and that we can track their impact reliabily and consistently.
Core Responsibilities
Internal and external event/trade show operations across marketing, sales, and engineering-driven events
Reporting on marketing attribution (pipeline, leads, closed won)
Budget tracking/reconciliation
Marketing automation (email, landing page construction, campaign building, segmentation)
Help build an internal online resource for FAQs, Marketing Collateral and helpful links
Ensuring the Karat brand platform and visual brand is extended consistently across all internal and external communications
About You
- 3 years+ in Marketing Operations or Event Management role in a high growth company, ideally with a mix experience in a startup and an established company
Strong project and program management skills; highly organized
Experience with digital campaign management: AdWords, paid social, landing page creation
Experience with direct mail program management
Experience with Marketing automation administration experience: Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, or Eloqua
Salesforce working knowledge
Strong writing skills
B2B marketing operations experience with a C-suite target audience
Product marketing DNA -- You understand that we are creating a new category and every communication is a building block in the competitive wall around us
