We: are a highly motivated, fast-paced marketing and communications team at a rapidly growing digital services firm. We need a proven marketing manager who is never satisfied with the status quo, can pivot quickly across vendors, platforms, and content types, and who can enable teams through structure.

Together: we will grow the brand and reputation of our firm and our people. We will improve the quality and effectiveness of our content to stand above the rest and be exceptionally relevant to new audiences and new buyers at existing accounts.

Position Type & Location: Full time role in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product team to develop portfolio of marketing strategies and tactics (thought leadership, case studies, sales enablement materials, etc.),  for distribution across multiple channels and platforms (digital, web-based, interactive, social, presentation-based, and more) that aligns with business objectives across all industries
  • Establish, communicate, and facilitate the marketing strategy by working with internal partners in digital marketing, client marketing, corporate/brand marketing, and industry marketing
  • Employ tactics that show more than tell the value that is created by the product team.
  • Help develop product content for social media channels, working with social team to bring this strategy to life, test, and measure results
  • Manage an agency to develop new buyer personas and product messaging which will feed a robust marketing program
  • Engage in research studies, polls, and surveys – both recurring and one-time – as appropriate for buyer audiences
  • Work closely with the senior editor to establish clear processes and protocols for publishing, as well as test new layouts and editorial strategies
  • Conduct competitive research and trends-based research to constantly evolve our approach
  • Work directly to continually improve West Monroe’s standing and market share in a highly competitive field for thought leadership

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of proven success in marketing product development and product engineering capabilities
  • Impeccable writing and grammar skills
  • A demonstrated understanding of various industries across the business landscape
  • Track record of managing content projects from design to implementation, on-time, and with great relationships
  • A compelling portfolio of articles, white papers, social media, and other content across multiple channels – print, digital, social, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with the level of professional polish and finesse required to successfully work across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to balance business priorities with creative drive
  • Proven ability to build outstanding relationships across internal departments and external partners
