About the Position:

You will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and will collaborate with cross departmental teams in executing campaigns and programs that support Catholic Diocese in the Catholic market segment of prospect accounts. You will play an integral role in orchestrating customer acquisition campaigns to support our sales team. You will collaborate with people from all functions and with key members of our executive team every day. This position ensures the delivery of a variety of initiatives that power our company’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation and execution of strategic demand generation plans to help open sales conversations with Parish prospect accounts within a Diocese in the Catholic market
  • Creation and ownership of the strategic plan for Parish’ level prospects within a Diocese in the Catholic market including, position, goals/objectives and tactical planning
  • Ownership of targeted events, direct mail, webinars, email programs, nurture campaigns, advertising, and content syndication to support sales opportunity pipeline goals 
  • Work with the content marketing team to define and execute the content strategy for the Catholic market
  • Lead the design, execution, optimization of creative marketing campaigns, including the ongoing optimization of email campaigns, offers, and advertising efforts
  • Strategic decision-making that matches the needs of the sales team, helping field sales achieve their business objectives by generating opportunities
  • Identify audience requirements and provide insight to drive program requirements
  • Lead regular internal communications of all new and upcoming programs
  • Collaborate across teams to analyze program performance across channels, programs, and promotional activities to maximize ROI
  • Ownership of ongoing communication to stakeholders on the sales team and share of information through a rebuild of internal tool: confluence
  • Work to identify and drive deployment of new segmentation based nurture programs with new and refreshed content 
  • Connecting on a regular cadence with sales leadership as well as providing content strategy and execution by sales stage

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years marketing experience
  • Experience working with enterprise level sales teams
  • Familiarity with owning and executing on marketing events (webinars, conferences, exclusive events)
  • Working understanding with account based marketing strategies and tactics
  • Proven experience with ROI reporting
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated campaigns and generating demand through revenue-driving programs
  • Project management with multiple complex stakeholder groups at multiple levels of Marketing
  • Knowledge of conference management, event planning, inbound marketing, and account-based marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM, Marketo, and project management tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Past experience and proficiency with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics a plus
  • Basic understanding of the relationship between the Diocese and Parishes in the Catholic market a plus
  • Marketo experience preferred
  • Basic fluency in Spanish a plus

*The following states are approved as remote locations for this position: CA, FL, HI, OH, SD, TN, and TX. All other states are not in consideration for this role at this time.

*If you live in WA or CO - this will not be a remote position, you will be required to work out of our CO or WA office (once we are permitted back).

Pay for CO state: $61/K- 71/K (DOE)

Pay for other states: Varies based on location

Job Type: Full Time, Remote for approved states in CA, FL, HI, NY, OH, SD, TN, and TX only.  For WA & CO - In office, will need to physically work in our WA or CO office (when permitted back)
