We’d love you to join our dynamic 90+ person team based in West Seattle and Boise, ID as our newest Product Marketing Manager.

What you will do:

  • Work with Director of Marketing and Director of Product to define product channels.
  • Communicate Tango Card’s product value across many marketplaces
  • Collaborate with Business Development Team, Customer Success Team, and Product Team to keep up to date on sales and customer success support material demands.
  • Product expertise, content generation, and maintenance: sales support documents, customer success documents, marketing materials, partner marketing materials.
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing to supplement content strategy needs.
  • Strategize, travel and attend key marketplace events.
  • Work with Director of Marketing on customer community initiatives.
  • Define and report on key metrics surrounding product marketing channels.

What you will need:

  • 4-year college degree with major or minor in business, marketing, economics, etc. OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years marketing experience required
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) a plus
  • Critical & Creative Writing Skills
  • Critical & Creative Communication Skills
  • Modern Creative Skills – HTML, CSS, Photoshop, etc.
