We seek a talented Product Marketing Manager to join the Flexe Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this first of its kind role is responsible for the development, packaging and launch of Flexe data, market insight, network optimization and logistics strategy products. The Product Marketing Manager will deeply understand customer and prospect challenges, the market and key data sources as well as Flexe's market insights, analytics, network optimization and data strengths. This role is focused on supporting Flexe's go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally to compose powerful selling stories, and aligning with Marketing Communications and Demand Generation to promote the narratives that advance Flexe's leadership position in the marketplace.
This person must be able work effectively with other Flexe teams including sales, marketing, data and analytics, network development & strategy. In addition to strong writing, visual and analytical skills, the candidate must have demonstrated experience in the technology or logistics industries.
What You'll Do:

    • Partner with sales, marketing and strategy teams to deeply understand customer and prospect challenges
    • Deeply understand the market and third-party data sources that Flexe can leverage to analyze and provide actionable insights
    • Deeply understand internal data sources and analysis, and derive insights from them
    • Package, position and launch Flexe owned data, insights, strategy and analytics products
    • Build offering messaging and compelling visuals for use in marketing, sales presentations, thought leadership and management communications
    • Inform Flexe's go-to-market strategy based on insights and learnings


Does This Sound Like You?

    • Minimum of 5+ years of increasing responsibility in marketing roles with experience in marketing communications, market research, product marketing or marketing analytics
    • Strong passion for understanding customer requirements and market dynamics
    • Ability to craft a compelling story both verbally and graphically using multiple inputs and data sources
    • Creative, analytical self-starter with natural intellectual curiosity
    • Possess a high sense of urgency and a strong desire for excellence
    • Proven success in marketing roles requiring extensive interaction working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
    • Supply chain and/or logistics experience a strong plus
    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree plus relevant experience
