Join the Marketing team as the Demand Gen team’s Creative Lead. You’ll help lead the creative strategy, creation of marketing content, building marketing programs, and turning our website into a lead capture engine. Partner with key business stakeholders to develop data-driven & creative strategies that drive key account engagement, qualified leads, sales meetings, revenue pipeline, net-new customer acquisition, and customer expansion. 

Responsibilities

  • Using demand gen, ABM, and best practices for marketing campaigns to outline creative marketing strategies and build repeatable marketing processes that scale results
  • Build creative, integrated marketing & sales campaigns and supervise the launch, using continuous monitoring and measurement for ongoing optimization
  • Drive the development of creative concepts for all demand gen campaigns that will resonate with our market and drive engagement with key verticals / personas
  • Organize all components of marketing campaigns including working on and proofreading marketing copy, creative design themes, system configuration, reporting on results, and collaborating with and providing direction to agencies, designers, copywriters, contractors, coworkers, marketing ops, etc. to create effective campaigns
  • Compile data of campaign performance and driver the results and strategic learnings in a compelling way internally to show what worked and how we can improve new campaigns in the future
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to develop campaign concepts, digital marketing planning, content strategy, creative strategies, and more to support our wider demand gen and ABM plans
  • Configure key technology needed for multi-channel campaigns, including Marketo, direct mail, digital marketing & events, etc.
  • Develop, implement, and execute marketing plans and acceleration programs for specific, targeted accounts
  • Work closely with sales leadership and sales reps to align on key accounts and activities and build a library of sales resources
  • Partner with Stackline’s creative resources to drive the Demand Gen team’s creative strategy
  • Develop the new strategic content required for effective market engagement to key segments and verticals
  • Implement new processes and add new technology to continuously improve our demand generation operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of demand gen experience at SaaS companies and/or B2B marketing agencies, including 3+ years in creative roles
  • Strong track record of driving successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that use online and offline tactics and generate measurable results & pipeline. Ability to lead a team in the building of marketing programs from A to Z.
  • Proficiency in the production of world-class marketing content and digital advertising, including the ability to hands-on design as needed
  • Direct experience working on websites and developing content 
  • Experience building marketing programs across multiple channels
  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear, concise, and powerfully engaging messages to cross-functional teams
  • Impeccable attention to detail and admiration for creative concepts
  • Creative & analytical marketer that thrives in a high-paced, fast-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related quantitative research field
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, take on any project, and solve problems
