Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to expand our digital footprint and amplify our excellence in Oncology. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be Navigating Cancer’s strategic storyteller, responsible for leading content creation and executing on compelling account-based marketing initiatives to support Navigating Cancer’s overall GTM strategies, new business and customer expansion for all of our products. 

Our Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will bring keen strategic thinking, marketing abilitites, and strong technical savvy to understand our customers, markets, technology and competitive differentiation. You’ll also forge close ties with the Product, Sales and Customer Success teams and identify opportunities for success. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise Account-based Marketing efforts to successfully drive qualified leads and account engagement to reduce sales cycles.
  • Develop and disseminate content supporting every stage of our buyer journey (growing and expanding the business) and our user journey (helping drive adoption, success, and retention) - including our website, marketing materials, white papers, blogs, case studies, webinars, eBooks, social media content, etc.
  • Adapt content across a variety of formats and a variety of channels, amplifying our brand and market presence, engaging and driving consumption, and measuring and refining tactics.
  • Conduct market and customer research to understand where customer success rests and why, and then bring those stories to life, through assets that advocate for our customers in their best possible ways.
  • Drive lead generation by understanding value drivers and creating multi-channel, segmented marketing programs to maximize full-funnel leads (e.g., traditional digital ad campaigns, webinars, content and events)
  • Research and analyze our competitors' content - everything from their websites, to their marketing materials, to their pitches and presentations. Clearly and concisely document and communicate your findings to help us understand how our competitors are attracting attention and engaging our targets.
  • Implement, manage, and measure marketing digital strategy success, including content development and campaign execution through various channels.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a content marketer, product marketer, and/or campaign manager (or related field) in the B2B healthcare technology industry.
  • Experience in implementing a marketing plan, driving through execution with proven, measurable success.
  • Understanding of multiple marketing channels, including content creation, search engine optimization, digital marketing strategy, events, and PR to drive outcomes.
  • Support the development of thought leadership, web copy, sales aids, presentations, webinars, speaking engagements, etc.
  • A marketing orchestrator with experience leading a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Quarterly travel to Seattle required.

Base pay range: $120-140,000/yr + 10% Corporate Bonus
