The Challenge
The Qualtrics Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced product marketer to drive our GTM strategy, messaging, positioning, and vision for iQ, our AI powered advanced analytics suite, a critical component of the XM Operating System. iQ is made up of Text iQ (text analytics), Voice iQ (voice transcription analytics), Stats iQ (advanced statical analytics), Predict iQ (predictive analytics), Driver iQ (key driver analytics) and Events and Trends. Each tool is critical to the success of our customers in understanding what their experience data is telling them rapidly and seamlessly.
The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of B2B Marketing experience with an emphasis on core product marketing, experience working directly with product teams, technical products and preferably machine-learning-based SAAS products, developing powerful storytelling and driving integrated go-to-market motions and campaigns. In this role you will own end-to-end GTM for iQ, define and evolve messaging, positioning, pricing and packaging in consideration of recent acquisitions, partner across business units to integrate releases across buying groups, drive enablement across all GTM functions including Sales, CS, Delivery, and Partner teams, develop visionary product storytelling, and continue growing our iQ brand. You will bring a high degree of emotional intelligence, an ability to influence across teams, leaders and organizational boundaries, a self-starter approach and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
The Expectation for Success
Qualtrics PMMs are responsible for full-stack GTM leadership for their line of business or product, defining strategic direction, and driving execution to achieve long-term business goals. Success will be measured in tangible terms - ACV, sales influence, and adoption. You will be expected to know iQ deeply and technically so that you can define and communicate a clear, differentiated, defensible GTM strategy. You’ll be customer-obsessed, strategic, detail-oriented, and highly creative with the following primary responsibilities:
- Own messaging, positioning, and value prop for the iQ suite across Engage and Discover (Text iQ, Voice iQ, Stats iQ, Predict iQ and Driver iQ)
- Partner with Product and Business planning to determine the right pricing and packaging strategy across the iQ suite
- Own and lead Tier 1 feature launches across the iQ suite
- Partner with Product to influence and communicate roadmap
- Own and drive consistent and clear enablement across Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Partner organizations including development of pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards etc.
- Become a SME of iQ enabling buying group PMMs with necessary collateral to understand iQ innovation and integrate it into their GTM motions
- Develop, manage and execute on a strategic pipeline of customer references
- Partner with PR and AR to keep a consistent and engaging drumbeat for XiD
- Partner with Web teams to update all relevant web pages
- Lead the process for the continuous evaluation of trends, customer needs and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace
Compensation Transparency The base pay range for this position is $119K - 217K per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
