We are looking for a bright and motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our Player Engagement team! In this role, you will assist the channel owner with daily tasks and content moderation of a group of social channels. Working closely with the channel owner, you’ll be discussing trends and researching new social media opportunities. We are a little family of marketing channel owners where you will continuously discuss areas of collaboration and growth!

Located in Seattle’s International District, we are exploring beyond social casino and focusing on creating multiple, all-new casual and mid-core franchises – expanding to create experiences in fun new worlds, developing characters, stories & gameplay! As a leader in the social casino space, we are excited to continue revolutionizing mobile games through constant innovation. Known for our fun and collaborative culture, we move quickly to deliver exciting game experiences to all sorts of gamers.
Your XP, Badges & Skill Tree
- Associates / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience with a strong desire and eagerness to gain experience at a fast-paced mobile gaming studio
- Ability to identify emerging trends in player behavior patterns on social media
- Willingness to embrace change and quickly pivot working strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable with providing digital customer service

Your Mission
- Monitor comment feed in Sprout Social, responding to and clearing comments in a timely manner
- Ban problematic users based on company guidelines and file trademark claims against social media profiles that impersonate the brand
- Tag comments in social feed to track promotion sentiment, emerging issues, and technical problems
- Provide basic technical support to the community and answer questions as needed
- Willingness to monitor comment feed after business hours and during weekends
- Schedule social posts in Creator Studio and Sprout Social as needed
- Basic analytics/data entry
- Assist with keeping the Social Media Community Calendar up to date
- Assist social media channel owner with daily tasks
- Research new social channels for upcoming games
New Adventures
Our Player Engagement Team is a data driven team where our number one focus is the player experience. You will work with fellow team members to brainstorm new ideas to cross promote channels and find new and innovative ways to engage our players. It will be your job to direct our social channels in a meaningful and upbeat direction while trying to increase player sentiment with fun engaging ideas. You will work closely with our player support team to make sure our messaging aligns and that we are providing top notch care to our players. You will be on the front lines of emerging issues and work with both our player support and product teams to get those issues resolved.

In person collaboration is a big part of our culture and when it is safe, employees are expected to be back in the studio.
