Talent Brand Social and Creative Manager
Role Description
As part of the Talent Brand team here at Dropbox, you’ll own and execute creative strategies that amplify our employer brand and tell the story of what it’s like to be a Dropboxer. Our goal is to attract and engage talent that will be energized by our mission: to design a more enlightened way of working. You’ll report to the Director of Talent Brand and be part of a team poised for growth. Talent Brand is a key strategic function within Talent Acquisition and we’re working to build a team that’s properly resourced and enabled to impact hiring and as a result the future of Dropbox. Our team is made up of big thinkers, idea junkies, and innovators and we’re looking for a creative partner to help us bring our ideas to life!
The Talent Brand Manager will be empowered to build a memorable social media presence centered around our employees’ stories and what #LifeInsideDropbox is really like. You’ll have access to the resources, autonomy, and support you need to do your best work. Our brand is human, colorful, and flexible and you’ll have a rich palette of stories to pull from. You’ll support your team members with creative/design work that aligns with our overall Talent Brand go-to-market strategy, as well as consult on and influence creative work completed by partners such as external agencies or our own brand creative teams.

Responsibilities
- Define and launch a Talent Brand social media strategy that will impact Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion outcomes
- Grow existing @LifeInsideDropbox channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and build roadmap for expansion (Twitter, TikTok, emerging channels)
- Develop and report on program goals and KPIs
- Own content calendar
- Create assets optimized for use on social platforms
- Write social copy and own engagement
- Partner with employee advocacy to propel the use of #LifeInsideDropbox
- Both organic and paid social campaign development and management
- Become an expert in Dropbox culture, company narrative and social strategy to ensure Talent Brand work is an accurate reflection of the Dropbox story.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, DEI, Brand, Communications, People Operations and other key stakeholders, working together to deliver against shared goals.
- Develop and execute memorable event activations
- Deliver creative assets as needed, supporting the Talent Brand team with basic to intermediate design needs (we have internal and agency support to back you up!)
Requirements
- 5+ years managing social media channels, 2+ in Talent/Employer Brand social dedicated role
- Ability to track, think, and act strategically about social trends and hashtags
- Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and/or other video and photo creative/editing applications that allow for downloading and posting to social
- Familiarity with social media aggregators such as Sprinklr, Khoros, etc…
- Can develop and deliver meaningful social reporting that demonstrates how social media impacts our brand and hiring results.
