User Re-Engagement Analyst

We are looking for an experienced User Re-Engagement Analyst to retain and convert current DoubleDown users to payers throughpaid channels. Reporting to the Manager, User Acquisition you will be part of a 5-member team that is made up of savvy online markers with knowledge of the mobile gaming space. The team is very analytical and leverages marketing analytics to increase ROI by collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop highly effective campaigns. In this role you will manage, grow, and optimize user re-engagement campaigns across DoubleDown’s portfolio of apps.

What you should bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or the equivalent in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical degree
- 2-4 years of experience in digital media buying and/or planning, including:
- Major mobile ad platforms (Facebook, Adwords etc)
- Experience or knowledge of CPI, CPA buying
- 1+ years in mobile ads buying at scale, preferably with free to-play games
- 1+ years’ experience conducting paid re-engagement analysis to deliver against KPI’s
- Knowledge of 3rd party mobile attribution and measurement analytical platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to learn and understand creative development
- Strong ability to move quickly and adapt to changes in strategy
- Demonstrated quantitative skills and comfort with marketing analytics
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficient with Excel, SQL and Power Point.
Winning the jackpot
In this role, you will become the expert in re-engaging and converting DoubleDown users to payers within various paid mediachannels. Throughout your first year, you will be determining optimum use of media investment to achieve business objectives by consistently measuring and evaluating media campaigns’ ROI. In doing so, you will effectively manage creatives and targets to optimize performance. Not to mention empowering you to take initiatives to evaluate and develop strategies on new segmentations and incremental tests .
Placing your best bet - the responsibilities
- Drive continual engagement and maximize monetization with existing users by effectively leveraging paid performance-based marketing efforts
- Drive re-engagement paid media strategy and execute campaigns against multiple audience segments
- Conduct thorough and deep analysis of campaign performance against audience segments to determine maximum ROI opportunities
- Provide weekly / monthly measurement and evaluation of investment
- Leverage 3rd party mobile attribution and analytics to measure, evaluate, optimize and develop media strategies
- Develop and execute A/B testing programs with BI team to determine incremental revenue lift from paid media
- Actively contribute to the evolution of team processes and workflow
