About this position 

Assurance is growing quickly, and we’re look for a dynamic Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role will be responsible for owning a wide range of highly impactful administrative tasks. As our first administrative assistant, this person will be responsible for building out the administrative professional function further. The role will have the ability to own additional special projects based on business need and developmental opportunity. At Assurance we hire professionals who are eager to grow their ability and are most productive with a high level of autonomy.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

• Several years of experience providing exceptional administrative support
• Passion for creating environments that enable team members to be highly productive 
• Ability to drive special projects and plan company events 
• Desire to own a wide variety of administrative tasks 
• Experience with modern productivity and communication software and tools 

The following is strongly desired:

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly, and responsibilities are broad 
• Experience building scalable processes when none are in place 
• Experience navigating an office relocation
