Job Description

This is a remote, temporary position. This temporary position is 3 months, 40 hours per week.

What you'll do:

The Client Operations team plays a key role in getting our customers to value. We are specialists in transferring their data accurately into our system, matching their jobs to our benchmarked titles, and facilitating their use of our tools for a friction-less experience. We also play a crucial role in the future growth and product development for PayScale as a company.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with various members of the Customer Success team to upload customer data into PayScale's tools
  • Analyze job descriptions and translate key tasks, duties, and responsibilities into benchmark jobs
  • Participate in Product Development brainstorming to support internal process improvement and creation of new products and features

Qualifications

The Person:

The ideal individual for this opportunity brings the following to the table:

  • A process improvement mindset
  • The ability to take a complex process and break it down into distinct steps
  • A collaborative and team-focused approach
  • The ability to work independently in a remote capacity (Seattle Location Not Required)

The Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of manipulating data in Excel
  • Professional email tone and phone skills
