Igneous created a new approach to Unstructured Data Management to overcome the modern challenges of file and object data at multi-petabyte scale. Deployable onsite, offsite, in any cloud, and for any protocol - our fully-managed services allow anyone to discover, protect, and move of data at blazing speeds. Data-centric organizations rely on Igneous data management as a service to enable solutions ranging from curing cancer to streaming media.

We’re looking to bring on a Customer Success Engineer to join our team at Igneous. You will act as our internal customer advocate while striving to increase new product adoption and usage with our existing customers all while ensuring Igneous customers are happy.

You will help shape how our customers view Igneous products through effectively and efficiently onboarding and making sure that each new customer feels as though we’ve met their business objectives. You’ll be partnering with internal groups at Igneous such as our product team, sales, marketing, and engineering ensuring the customer voice is heard.

  • Customer obsessed: The customer's goals are your goals and you understand and help customer reach those goals.
  • Teach and Show:  You would rather show a customer how to do something rather than send a document.
  • Account focused: Inquisitive about how the customers is managing all aspects of their data workflows and strive to understand their data environment.
  • Forward thinking: As you learn about new capabilities you are thinking about how this would apply to the customers you interact with daily and can’t wait to show customers how this would work in their environment.
  • Tech savvy: You like to get  your hands on and learn about technology.

And we’d really value your contribution to our team if you:

  • Bring 4+ years of experience within a company with experience in customer success, professional services, project management, customer support, pre-sales engineering, or related discipline in a tech/software environment, including management of customer issues and escalations
  • Can communicate clearly and effectively with technical practitioners to executive-level sponsors.
  • Passionate about customer success and a maniacal focus on customer-focused activities and outcomes
  • Pro-active results driven team-player
