About the Role:

RealSelf is looking for strong cross-functional leader to join the People & Operations team as the Director of Business Operations. You will be collaborating with stakeholders across the company to assess systems and process needs, and drive solutions. Our ideal candidate be a data-driven decision maker who can lead complex projects to completion.

In this role you will:

• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive change management projects across the organization.
• Develop “how we work” at RealSelf through process streamlining, reducing communication gaps between functions.
• Ensure all employees have the data they need to make sound customer-centered decisions
• Optimize our internal systems to reduce overlap and encourage seamless interaction across the organization.
• Create a long-term vision for how our systems interact.
• Assess our internal communications channels, recommend solutions, and drive implementation.

You may be the right fit if you have:

• Significant experience driving large-scale change in high-growth technical organizations
• Exemplary collaboration skills, and a proven track record of managing through influence
• The ability to be a data-driven decision maker
• The ability to be an independent thinker while ingesting ideas and input from all around the organization
• MBA or BA/BS in business preferred

No travel required for this role.

Work Environment:

The RealSelf office sits in a historic Pioneer Square building. Employees also have the option to bring their dogs to work!
