About the Position:

We are looking for a hard-working and passionate Executive Assistant to support the Customer Success team and leadership through a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly administrative activities and projects. This role reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer, but provides additional direct support for the Customer Success Directors and Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and update a variety of metrics reporting tools on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Prepare weekly Customer Success performance/status reports
  • Prepare and deliver monthly Board reporting
  • Organize and execute monthly All Hands meetings with the entire Customer Success team
  • Meet with Directors on a regular basis to ensure they are well supported from an administrative perspective
  • Organize and schedule meetings (i.e. Department Offsites, internal meetings, interviews)
  • Calendaring assistance
  • Expense management
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Event Planning
  • Mailing as needed
  • Presentation/Powerpoint/Google Slides management
  • Data entry/management
  • Some light Salesforce data work 
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an admin assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
  • Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms (Salesforce a plus)

Preferred Skills

  • Flexible - willing to take on new tasks as required and change processes to best support the CS team
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • A great sense of humor coupled with a desire to win


Pay for CO state: $52,000 - $55,000 DOE

Pay for WA state: $59,000 - $62,000 DOE

Job Type: Full Time

Benefits: 100% Employer-paid premiums for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits plus 401(k) program.
