About you:

You are an experienced, professional Executive Assistant with experience in a start-up or other fast-paced culture. You enjoy working in a constantly-changing environment, streamlining hectic days, and delivering exceptional experiences to internal and external stakeholders. You are incredibly proactive, flexible, build strong relationships internally and externally.

You'll have ownership of:

• Primary support for two group VPs and their customer-facing, revenue-generating teams 
• Proactive management of complex calendaring requiring frequent, highly coordinated changes
• Organize domestic travel including all travel logistics
• Serve as a Convoy brand ambassador and effectively interface with external customers to deliver a high touch, seamless experience 
• Work closely with VPs to support and manage top-level client relationships
• Develop and assist with preparation of meeting agenda and presentation materials, and prep meeting attendees, as appropriate
• Drive end-to-end planning and execution of internal/external events, engaging and directing peers and vendors as needed
• Ensure timely communications and demonstrate discretion when handling sensitive information
• Serve as a liaison across teams and work with departments across the company
• Work on multiple projects and priorities at once and manage expectations across a diverse set of stakeholdersBackup support to Executive Assistant to Shipper org VP

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5-7 years' of total experience providing direct administrative support
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to multitaskIncredibly detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
• The ability to maintain a positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; must work well under pressure
• Self-starter: can take even the smallest project and run with it to the successful completion
• Ability to stay on top of new tools and technologies with an interest and passion to constantly learn
• Start-up background or experience working in a hyper-growth environment
• Will exercise discretion and independent judgment in the representation of ConvoyPassion for Convoy, trucking, and/or the tech industry
