What You'll Do

  • Own relationships with your own group of fleet accounts across the country, quote and execute vehicle repairs, generate repeat business, and help our customers monitor their fleet operations
  • Bridge the gap and work cross-functionally with our Mechanics, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to make sure fleets have the best possible experience using Wrench
  • Help build the new tools and processes needed to serve our growing list of fleets
  • Effectively address fleet concerns and issues over email, phone, or in person
  • Determine the needs and wants of fleets, prioritize them by impact on the business, and work cross-functionally to create solutions

About You

  • Problem solver — you can independently take issues on the fly and solve them
  • Self-starter — you love action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, fast paced work environment
  • Forward-thinking — you have ideas on how to help improve processes and want to jump in and write a new playbook for the company
  • Relationship builder — you can build deep and meaningful relationships with fleets
  • Has technical and soft skills -- you know something about cars (or can learn it) to answer the immediate need of fixing the vehicle but can also build relationships to do more and become more intregal to their business

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years in an account management or client operations role
  • A track record of driving revenue through relationships with clients
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
  • Car repair knowledge strongly preferred
