The Pushpay Front Desk Coordinator is a focused, approachable, talented individual who takes pride
in not only his or her day-to-day work but also ensures that every issue is quickly and efficiently dealt with in a respectful and pleasant manner.
This role reports to the Director of IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and routing inbound calls
- Greeting guests and ensuring their needs are met and their host is notified
- Distributing mail and managing deliveries and shipments
- Maintaining the stock in the kitchen areas and ensuring that our snack and drink inventory is at an acceptable level
- Ordering office and breakroom supplies
- Facilitate and coordinate with vendors for any work needed on site
- Maintaining proper security protocols as established by the security team and reporting any violations
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging the G-Suite of tools such as docs, sheets, etc.
- 2+ years of experience
Preferred Skills:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize items as they are requested
- Proactive and resourceful
