Clusterone is an AI company that builds the operating system for the AI first future. We are well funded and growing fast. We're looking for a passionate VP of Operations based out of the Bay Area, CA or Seattle, WA office to help build and scale our company to the next level. The responsibilities include people operations, financial operations, and business operations. You will work directly with our founders to build and execute the strategy for company and ensure we operate as a strong and resilient team. 

What You Will Be Doing

• Create and build the company's culture
• Prepare for the next funding rounds (review finances, structure the round, prepare data room, etc.) and engage with potential investors 
• Oversee the hiring strategy
• Develops, implements, and monitors operation policies and procedures. Provides hands-on management of the day-to-day operations with the goal of effectively and profitably serving customers needs and requirements
