We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters—one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. We take your favorite characters and turn them into adorable, or sometimes scary, collectible figures. Our most famous line, Pop! Vinyl, has millions of fans around the world. 

The Key Account Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative support to Sales Directors for specific large-scale retail partner accounts. This position will be the point of contact for day to day retail partner communication, orders and updates. 

Your Superpowers in Action

  • Provides backend sales support for assigned Sales Director, supporting around $30mm in business from large scale customers
  • Acts as an extension of the sales team by assisting with sales development, sales material creation, marketing communications, sponsorship proposals and recaps
  • Data entry to include entering and confirming orders
  • Interacts with internal product development and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders
  • Works directly with sales representatives and key retail partners to ensure sales and customer service objectives are met
  • Understands and manages key account routing and labeling requirement; customer organization
  • Completes all new customer set-up forms and understand customer terms
  • Attends key meetings with Sales Director to compile information; will help to build PowerPoint slide decks as necessary,
  • Creates Ad-hoc reporting as requested by customers and Sales leadership

Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry

  • 2+ years in sales support or administration for highly complex and/or top customers, preferably in the consumer product industry
  • Polished professional that has a quick response time and a sense of urgency
  • Has excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Has demonstrated the ability to manage several important priorities at once
  • Close attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV a plus)
