At Luum we tackle real, big commute problems. As a pioneer in enterprise commute management we engage employees, unify mobility options, and bring about meaningful change. We value individuality, autonomy, and drive (whatever your preferred commute mode may be). We have ambitious goals to expand nationally and this role is essential in realizing that growth.

Luum is growing and is ready to bring an extraordinary Office Manger on board. We're looking for an individual who sees what needs to be done and takes the initiative to make it happen. This role is equal parts managing Luum's bustling Seattle-based office and owning general invoicing. Success includes a healthy, well-run office environment in support of every team member doing their best work, as well as the smooth, accurate and timely invoicing and payment of Luum's customers, partners and vendors.

If you possess executive maturity, the ability to connect with stakeholders and strong communication skills (verbal and written), we would love to speak with you!

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you will:

  • Ensure the Luum office and team is well stocked through oversight of all office supplies.
  • Liaise with building management on access, security and general upkeep.
  • Plan space and workstation management.
  • Support the new hire on-boarding process with workstation set-up and account provisioning.
  • Plan and coordinate Luum team and external events.
  • Support executive travel and scheduling.
  • Manage customer invoicing
  • Manage accounts payable for general office expenditures, contractors etc.

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • 2-4 years experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • AP/AR skills, leveraging relevant software and excel
  • Experience working in an emerging, fast-paced environment involving multi-stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience organizing and balancing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of tasks while maintaining quality

We’re unique in that our software is purpose-built to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges. We are still in our nascent growth stages; The ideas you bring up over morning coffee, stand ups, or a Friday afternoon office beverage (spirited or otherwise) could dramatically shape the trajectory of Luum’s success.

The Luum ethos is one of balance that extends to our workplace environment. We have built our team to be reflective of––and carry out––our mission, vision and values. We are committed to growing a team that mirrors the customers we serve, and are intentional about diversity, inclusion, and equity as we scale our company.
