About the job: 

Are you good at managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want you to join the team as an Operations Analyst. Along with keeping the company train on the rails, you will participate in all aspects of the business. From booking home tours, to running reports, to conducting special projects for the CEO, you will do it all. You will be a go-to person and there will NEVER be a dull moment in this role. Are you ready?

Roles & responsibilities: 

• Conduct daily tasks to keep the business moving
• Optimize tasks to drive efficiency
• Coordinate home tours, inspections, appraisals and other field operations
• Track KPI’s and run regular and one-off reports for leadership
• Address client needs and escalate issues as needed
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and the Closing team to deliver an amazing client experience
• Make a difference in the way people buy real estate.
• Be on the front lines of changing an industry!

Job requirements: 

• 2+ years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Love for working in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional people and communication skills
• Ability to take on multiple tasks at the same time
• Ability to navigate ambiguity
• Can-do, “I got this” mentality
• No Real Estate experience needed!
