About the Position:

Qumulo is looking for an International Operations expert to manage the flow of orders from shipment in the US to delivery in EMEA / APAC.  This individual will own all surrounding processes from order fulfillment to final delivery, to include supporting customers in the field for break-fix HW replacements.  


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales order management with distribution and order fulfillment with logistics providers for Qumulo branded appliances and OEM IHV “Independent HW vendors”
  • Manage the flow of orders once shipped and ensure timely delivery to the customer
  • Close the order process inside Operations and coordinate with accounting for billing transactions
  • Act as the main point of contact for all things related to International Shipping and Logistics 
  • Demand and production planning with our 3rd party providers and OEM IHV’s
  • Assist with material shortages and expedites 
  • Interface with Sales around delivery commits and statuses
  • Support the Customer Success organization with service parts dispatch and stocking locations
  • Maintain and balance service stocking locations and support “Meet-in-the-Channel” initiatives by working closely with distribution partners 
  • Follow up with customers to close RMA’s (expedite return of failed components)
  • Implement changes to workflows and improve process efficiency as business scales
  • Perform Denied Party Screening and update the tool accordingly
  • Provide status updates to the team on a regular basis


Required Personal Attributes:

  • Must be a collaborative team player
  • Must possess intimate knowledge of International shipping, required documentation and associated requirements and regulations
  • Prefered experience with contract manufacturers and enterprise products
  • Able to work with cross functional teams and operate autonomously
  • Familiarity with enterprise business systems such as Netsuite and Arena
  • Familiarity with collaborative cloud tools such as google sheets, docs


Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Related industry experience - 3 to 5 years
