About You:

You are eager to help Convoy scale operations in a way that will allow us to grow a new program. You will demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment by taking an ambiguous problem and turning it into actionable steps towards progress. In partnership with Ops Services stakeholders, Brokerage Ops, and Product, the App Engagement team is a branch of the Live Operations team that focuses on carrier engagement and operational scalability.

As a founding member of the App Engagement team at Convoy, you’ll play an integral role in optimizing processes, documenting product needs, empowering Ops teams by developing SOPs, and setting the roadmap for the future growth of the team. You'll bring the enthusiasm and aptitude necessary to get the job done!

You will have ownership of:

• Operational work with carriers to identify areas of opportunity for their business, while pitching Convoy tools to help them improve
• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify tools and opportunities for automation
• Help roll out new products and processes to the team
• Develop SOPs, train, and work closely with outsourcers and in-house Ops Services team
