Are you new to the marketing scene and looking for your first great job? Are you motivated, organized, and ready to tackle operational challenges?

As our Operations Specialist, you will work with teams across the agency to support the day-to-day flow and rhythm of business. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain established programs and processes and have the opportunity to learn the end-to-end operations of a global agency.

 Responsibilities

  • Handle intake and preliminary review of internal request systems.
  • Run recurring tasks and processes to support the rhythm of business.
  • Ensure data quality across systems to enable accurate and actionable reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to aid the daily business operations of the agency.

 Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, time-management, and communication skills.
  • A real passion for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to build and manage relationships across teams.

 Experience

  • 1+ years experience, or equivalent work experience, required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional training in data management, operations, business, or finance
  • Prior agency experience is helpful, especially as it relates to the sales cycle process and team resourcing process
  • 2+ years in cross functional project management including communications with executive teams
  • 2+ years working with a project management platform, a CRM or another high-impact business platform with more than 100 users.
  • Amazing interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration required
  • Solution-oriented approach to problems required
  • Track record of crafting, owning and iterating on process in an environment requiring high collaboration and stakeholder buy-in required
