The Role 

You will serve as the face of the company for all incoming guests and ensure that they receive a warm Outreach welcome! This position will work closely with the Office Manager and Executive Support staff to ensure that the office runs smoothly and effectively.

About The Team

Our Workplace Experience team is in its infant stages and is looking to expand! Reporting to the Director of IT, this team is looking to continuously improve the experience for the Outreach team and guests. We are a combination of technical gurus, super project managers and really the behind the scenes crew that makes the day to day run here at Outreach.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Greet visitors, guests and candidates at the front desk; assist with iPad check-in and notify office staff of visitors’ presence
  • Assist with ordering food and office supplies
  • Assist with ordering business cards
  • Answer incoming phone calls and forwarding to appropriate department
  • Responsible for outgoing and incoming shipments
  • Sort and distribute mail with urgency
  • Assist with tidiness and restocking of kitchens throughout the day
  • Handle set up and clean up of catering and special events
  • Maintain office security by working closely building and our internal Security team
  • Assist with Safety Committee and responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Ability to interact with a variety of levels of management, employees and guests
  • Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing work
  • Strong computer skills desired 
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week in the Interbay-area of Seattle
  • Familiarity shipping working with UPS, USPS and Fed-Ex

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Suite and MacOS required
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs+
