DomainTools is looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to help us turn our CRM data and marketing analytics into intelligent business decisions and enable our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to better support our customers. We are a small and fast growing team looking for someone to aid us in building the processes and culture of a world class GTM organization. To do this, we’re seeking a smart and scrappy problem solver, who will help work on the metrics and analysis that are the nuts and bolts of a successful sales and marketing team. You will help build and improve GTM data, processes, and operational efficiencies. You will also partner with the Revenue Intelligence team and executive leadership to provide advice on how to improve our GTM model.

Working in a fast-paced and growing organization, this role will not be a silo position. We are looking for a collaborative and energetic leader that can contribute to all of the go-to-market teams to deliver process and operational feedback, help manage the sales & marketing technology stack, work in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment, and work proactively to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

Analytics

  • Report and track overall Marketing, SDR and Sales activity and metrics
  • Monitor and continuously improve metrics on sales and closing ratios to optimize the funnel and provide analysis of the DomainTools Go To Market strategy
  • Track success of marketing campaigns by direct attribution as well as influence on opportunities and revenue
  • Produce quarterly summary reports of Sales & Marketing Performance for the Executive Team and Board

Operations

  • General sales process optimization and managing forecasting, planning, and budgeting process (sample KPIs include: MQL to Opp Conversion rate, Win rate, Opp velocity and distribution, Pipeline growth, Territory health, ASPs)
  • Help with the hygiene of the data within Salesforce.com (for example, de-duping of leads and accounts, classification of accounts, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Revenue Intelligence team to manage our evolving technology stack - includes optimizing current technology as well as evaluating, recommending and implementing new technologies
  • Help improve workflows within Salesforce.com and turn it into an asset for the customer-facing teams
  • Work with Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources to track commissions for GTM organization and resolve disputes as they arise

Sales Enablement

  • Process closed/won deals from the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Intelligence team to create documentation and training for the sales and SDR teams. 

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales or Marketing Operations
  • 2+ years as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Superior analytical skills
  • 100% reliable and detail-oriented and driven to execute flawlessly
  • 2+ years of Marketing, Sales & full Customer lifecycle SaaS Funnels
  • Extensive understanding of Salesforce’s architecture (e.g. page layouts, roles/profile permissions, queues, workflows, etc.)
  • Strong technical skills across various technologies & impeccable business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing
  • Experience optimizing operational processes in the Sales & Marketing technology stack (Marketo, Bizible, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, etc.)
  • Has built sales data methodologies, processes, etc. from the ground up
  • Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient
  • Bachelor’s degree required
